About JM Liquidations
JM Liquidations was founded 25 years ago. As a result of rapid growth of the aging population, we felt that there was a need for someone to help them sell the contents of their homes. At such a stressful time the family can be overwhelmed by the tasks at hand. Today most people do not have the time or skills it takes to set up a professional estate sale. We do! We make it fast, easy, and empty! Our trained sales personnel work as a team to set up and sell the entire contents of the home.
We work for you at a low percentage rate, so we must sell at the highest prices the market will bear at the time. Our goal is to make money for you. We set up the house to look its best so that when we open the door buyers are excited to see the items for sale.
Only ten to twenty buyers at a time are allowed into our sales so that we can guarantee each gets a friendly greeting from one of our sales people. People enjoy coming to our sales as a result of these personal greetings, and are much more likely to be repeat customers.
Our team of staff has been hand picked and are not only a part of our professional sales staff, but friends as well.
At the end of a sale we will be sure to clean and bag everything. Any leftover items may be donated, and all garbage will be bagged. At the end the house is empty.
